Please read the section bellow for new information on what to do and expect when you arrive for your appointment:

Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice. Our office follows recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Below are some of the infection control procedures we already follow as well as enhancements we have made to keep patients and staff safe:

  • Operatories are thoroughly disinfected between patients using hospital grade disinfectants. All high touch areas are disinfected throughout the day.

  • All staff are provided with the recommended personal protective equipment (PPE) and are fully trained in how to wear them properly.

  • We have individual treatment rooms with doors that are closed during patient procedures.

  • We have installed air purification systems with high-efficiency H13 TRUE HEPA filters which are tested to removed 99.97% of particles down to 0.1 microns.

  • A glass divider has been installed at the front desk.

As you are aware, the COVID-19 pandemic has changed how all healthcare facilities now use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and has increased the requirements for cleaning and protecting patient areas. Due to the worldwide shortage and driven inflation costs, there will be a nominal fee of $10 per visit to help cover some of the PPE cost that is necessary to maintain optimal safety. You will see this on your bill as “PPE FEE”. Some insurances may reimburse this fee however, that decision will be determined by the insurance company. We know that this is different from what you are used to with our office and we hope you understand that we are doing this in the best interest of our patients, staff, and our community.

Upon arrival for your appointment:

  • We ask that you please arrive 5-10 mins early,

  • Kindly remain in your car and call 781-337-0500 for begin check in process.

  • Wear a facemask or cloth face covering until you are seated in treatment room,

  • Hand sanitizer will be provided for use inside the office,

  • All individuals entering the office will have a temperature check using a touchless thermometer,

  • We ask that only patients being treated enter the office.

We are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, and every patient, safe in our practice. Thank you for your trust, loyalty, and support during the recent closure of our office as well as your patience during our re-opening. We look forward to welcoming back our patients, neighbors, and friends.
